The Magic Hour is often depicted as the hour after sunrise or the hour before sunset. This is when the shadows are long and the colour spectrum is filled with different wavelengths of light. In this painting, the Magic Hour is enhanced by the ability of this young lady to dance in a field with fairies. She has chosen to ignore her physical senses of sight, hearing, taste, touch and smell. Instead, she uses her open heart chakra and her metaphysical senses of clairvoyance, clairaudience, clairesentiance and clairecognizance to know she is One with Creation.
