In this painting, I wanted to show how all manifestation occurs first in a metaphysical state. The lion being represents the original lion beings from Lyra and as he meditates he creates the concept of the tree of life in a pristine environment. This takes place in a metaphysical state of consciousness and thus blurs the lines between the realities of the physical and the metaphysical.
